About Our Client

Our client is based in Antwerp.

Job Description

  • Manage and monitor application performance, ensuring stability, maintenance, and coordinating upgrades.
  • Oversee database environments, including monitoring, maintenance, and collaboration with the IT infrastructure team.
  • Act as a technical advisor to the Applications Portfolio Coordinator and provide second-line support to the Desktop team for complex application-related issues.
  • Deliver training and guidance to both end-users and the Desktop Support team on specific applications.
  • Implement and document application changes approved by the Change Advisory Board, and provide input when application-related changes are proposed.
  • Promote continuous improvement by documenting recurring issues and sharing best practices with the IT team to build collective knowledge.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT application support or a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve application issues independently
  • Solid knowledge of MSSQL, .NET, and PowerShell
  • Good working knowledge of Windows Server environments
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
