As part of the financial team, you will be in charge of the end to end processes of financial performances and controlling. Working closely with the different Heads of as real Business Partner.

You will have a close view over the full P&L as well as the opportunity to work project based on some cases.

Job Description

As a Business Controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the monthly financial closing process by analyzing results and variances, discussing findings with stakeholders, and proposing corrective actions to improve financial performance.
  • Preparing, monitoring, and updating budgets and forecasts.
  • Producing detailed financial reports and performance analyses for management and key stakeholders.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the company.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve the quality of financial and performance data.
  • Providing strategic financial recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
  • Conducting ad hoc financial analyses and contributing to strategic projects.

The Successful Applicant

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make an impact through finance, analysis, and process optimization while contributing to the company's strategic growth. It is an operational role with a real Business Partner approach.

Profile:

  • University degree in Business Engineering, Management, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and dynamic approach.
  • Strong communication skills, a team player mindset, but also the ability to work independently.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
