Description du poste



  • Identify and close new business opportunities in targeted verticals and regions.


  • Manage and grow key customer relationships, including contractors, consultants, and project owners.


  • Lead complex project-based sales cycles from pitch to close.


  • Deliver tailored product and technical solutions based on client needs.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, marketing) to support seamless project delivery.


  • Track opportunities, maintain CRM updates, and support strategic forecasting.


  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate deals to ensure profitability.



Profil recherché



  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in B2B business development, ideally within industrial engineering, or technical solutions.


  • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, thermal, or electrical systems.


  • Expertise in key account management and long-cycle sales processes.


  • Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and sales forecasting.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Fluent in English (any other languages are a plus).
