Freelance PMO



  • Establish and manage a structured PMO to oversee engineering projects across production, quality, and supply chain functions.


  • Define and implement project governance, planning standards, and performance tracking tools.


  • Coordinate project teams and ensure alignment on scope, budget, timeline, and food safety compliance.


  • Consolidate reporting to senior leadership, including risk analysis, progress dashboards, and Capex forecasts.


  • Act as a central liaison between internal stakeholders (engineering, production, HSE) and external partners (contractors, suppliers).



The Successful Applicant



Freelance PMO



  • Proven experience in leading large programs in technical and regulated environments, including >500 Mio€ Capex portfolios.


  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from business case through to operational go-live.


  • Strong understanding of engineering project environments, preferably in the food or FMCG sectors.


  • Skilled in stakeholder management and team leadership by influence in matrix organisations.


  • Trilingual: Dutch (native), French, and English.
