Freelance Production Manager - Food



  • Oversee daily production activities and ensure continuity of operations


  • Lead and coordinate production teams on-site


  • Monitor product quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with safety procedures


  • Manage inventory levels, raw material needs, and production planning


  • Report directly to senior management on KPIs and operational performance



The Successful Applicant



Freelance Production Manager - Food



  • Engineering degree (industrial, process, or food-related field)


  • Solid experience in production management within the food or process industry


  • Strong leadership with a pragmatic and hands-on approach


  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and continuous improvement methods
  • Fluent Dutch and English


  • Available to work on-site daily and integrate quickly into a small team
