Job Description



  • Enhance and maintain the company's GRC framework and related internal controls


  • Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across the organization


  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements


  • Support risk reporting and liaise with internal/external auditors and regulators


  • Promote risk awareness and provide training to key stakeholders



The Successful Applicant



  • Solid experience in GRC roles within an international corporate environment


  • Strong legal or compliance background with knowledge of risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000)


  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration


  • Proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities


  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
