Description du poste

  • Define and implement the Fleet & Transport procurement strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional sourcing projects (vehicles, energy, insurance, transport, etc.).
  • Apply Strategic Sourcing principles and focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage public tenders in full regulatory compliance.
  • Advise internal stakeholders, assess needs, and coordinate procurement planning.
  • Maintain supplier relationships, implement performance improvement plans, and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in public procurement or strategic sourcing.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end public tender management.
  • Solid knowledge of the Fleet domain (electrification, leasing, innovations, etc.).
  • Strong command of Strategic Sourcing, TCO analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle) and reporting tools (Business Objects).
  • Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English.
  • Flexible, analytical, and results-driven.
