Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Advise occupiers and owners on optimal real estate solutions.


  • Evaluate client needs and financials to propose customized strategies.


  • Lead negotiations, offering insights on market conditions, pricing, trends, and legalities.


  • Prepare essential documents, including contracts, leases, and letters of intent.


  • Actively pursue new client opportunities to expand the client base.


  • Maintain and update property listings.


  • Collaborate with departments such as Valuation, Design & Build, and Investment.


  • Build and maintain networks with consultants, owners, and brokers.


  • Stay updated on real estate market developments and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

Qualities of a Successful Candidate



  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a real estate consultant.


  • Eager to join a youthful and entrepreneurial team.


  • Strong team player with a proactive and enterprising mindset.


  • Higher education degree.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.


  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal abilities.
