Catherine and Marie have a combined experience of more than 25 years of experience in recruitment and have known each other for a long time. We are looking for a recruiter to join our talent team and work more specifically with two senior leaders.

As Talent Manager, your responsibilities will be the following (among others) :

  • Finding candidates through different channels
  • Building a network of candidates
  • Staying in touch with them on a regular basis
  • Sharing candidates with colleagues
  • Calling candidates
  • Mailing candidates
  • Inviting candidates
  • Selecting candidates
  • Discussing profiles with the team
  • Meeting clients (no prospection requested) with the team
  • Giving feedback at every stage
  • Helping some of our candidates to become freelancers
  • And of course, participating in the great atmosphere of the team

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a corporate company
  • Taste for recruitment or HR
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in French and Dutch : you need to be able to interview a high level candidate in both languages (verbally)
  • Able to communicate with all kind of candidates from the students to the C-levels
  • Highly able to work in team
  • Stress resistant
  • Flexible
  • Available full time
