Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to take full responsibility for your processes, managing both candidates and clients:

  • You will receive comprehensive onboarding and training to familiarize yourself with our ways of working.
  • You will proactively build a network of both candidates and clients within your specialization, expanding your portfolio.
  • You will lead contract negotiations, further developing your negotiation skills.
  • You will stay informed about market developments to identify risks and opportunities, building expertise in your field.
  • As a result, you will act as a trusted partner for both clients and candidates, guiding them smoothly through the process.
  • You will join a dynamic team where you can exchange ideas and strategies.
  • You will work closely with an experienced manager who will coach and support your professional and personal growth.
  • Additionally, there are numerous internal initiatives and projects that you can contribute to, making a real impact within Page Group.

The Successful Applicant

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • You have some professional experience, ideally in a commercial role.
  • You are strong in communication.
  • You take initiative and are eager to learn.
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
