About Our Client

Our client is based close to Nivelles.

Job Description

  • Provide user support on demand. Work with users to address system problems with adequate solutions and interface with the various departments to deal with cross-functional issues.
  • Ensure the day-to-day operation of the SAP system. In case of problems, liaise with the users to address the issues as quickly as possible.
  • Organize SAP training and develop training on various modules.
  • Develop and provide formalized SAP training (manuals and presentations) on the most critical functions of the various modules.
  • Participate in weekly SAP meetings, global SAP projects (e.g. upgrades).
  • Participate in projects to develop and improve the system.
  • Follow-up on user requests to improve the functionality of the system.
  • Develop, test, and present potential solutions and review and discuss with the US to evaluate the validity of the proposed solutions.
  • Develop Functional specification for the solution proposed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master or bachelor's degree in information technology.
  • At least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar type of position.
  • Have a knowledge in one of the following SAP modules: SD, MM,PP,PM, WM, FI, CO.
  • ABAP is a plus.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Willing to learn and be curious.
