Functie

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

As a new Senior Accountant, your main tasks will be:

  • Oversee all aspects of accounting (AZ) and regulatory reporting (BE GAAP)
  • Supervise the GL and analytical accounting
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Prepare and submit tax and social declarations
  • Ensure fiscal optimization and compliance
  • Monitor cash management and treasury flows
  • Prepare financial reports for the board and external stakeholders (BNB, tax authorities, auditors)
  • Participate in M&A processes
  • Manage intra-group transactions and support future consolidations
  • Collaborate closely wuth the team & support the internal growth of the group

Profiel

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

The candidate I'm looking for:

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit (Big 4 or consultancy background appreciated)
  • You are Bilingual French/Dutch
  • You are highly structured, analytical, and solution-oriented
  • Able to thrive in a demanding and intellectually stimulating environment
  • Proficiency with Odoo or similar ERP is a strong asset
  • You are autonomous and able to build & manage all accounting responsibilities
