Job Description



  • Stay informed on financial market trends to identify potential business opportunities.


  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients within the yacht financing sector.


  • Build and maintain a strong network with private clients and financial intermediaries.


  • Organize and participate in client events such as conferences and sponsored activities to acquire new clients.


  • Travel regularly to meet clients and expand the business portfolio.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.



The Successful Applicant



  • At least 5-10 years of experience in business development or related roles.


  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and financial intermediaries.


  • Expertise in yacht financing for both European and non-European clients.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in long-term relationship building.


  • High integrity and ethics, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.


  • Proven negotiation and creative problem-solving abilities.


  • Ability to speak English and French fluently (additional languages are a plus).
