As a central figure within the Group Controlling team, the Senior Group Controller will not only lead core planning and reporting processes but also act as a business partner across commercial and operational teams. This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic role while keeping a hand on the operations tasks.

Job Description

The Senior Group Controller playing a role at the center of the group activities will manage a wide range of responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the Group's budget and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment across business units and operational functions
  • Build and maintain financial targets, variance analyses, and cross-functional business insights at Group level
  • Oversee Group-level internal and external reporting, including executive and board reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of finance processes
  • Coordinate and align the activities of commercial and industrial controllers, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage and coach a team (1 - 2 pax)
  • Facilitate communication and synergy across the finance organization, promoting consistency and shared standards across departments

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Group Controller presents a certain set of hard and soft skills:

  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Average of 8 - 10 years of experience (audit / controlling)
  • Solid financial background at Group level
  • Comfortable with digital tools and process improvement; experience with SAP is a plus
  • Excellent command of French & English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communicator with a process-driven mindset and autonomy
  • Capable energizing cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrates leadership and integrity, aligned with company values: communication, teamwork, and forward-thinking
