Your tasks will be:Supervise the e-bike operationsManage the mechanics in their day-to-day activitiesAssure the quality of the finished bikesBuy the needed speciality partsBe in contact with suppliersImprove and analyse the processesBuild the team: Grow from 12 Mechanics towards 24 mechanics AND 3 teamleaders under your managementSit together with the Operations Manager & Sales ManagerThe Successful ApplicantA couple of years experience as (e-)bike mechanicAlready coached some peopleAble to speak French and English.
