They are looking for a new Finance Manager to strengthen the Finance team!

Job Description

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Preparing periodic financial reports and analyses for the CFO and executive management.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial administration.
  • Coordinating the monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations.



Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Managing, guiding, and developing the accountants and business controller.
  • Ensuring efficient collaboration within the finance team.
  • Acting as a strategic partner for the CFO and other departments.



Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Identifying financial risks and opportunities.
  • Improving cost efficiency and profitability.



Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Analyzing and improving financial processes and systems.
  • Ensuring internal controls and risk management.
  • Preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the same role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Navision is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch & French. Basic level of English
