For the Finance team they are looking for a Finance Manager that will be responsible for the Belgian entity and will function as a Finance Busines Partner for the France + Benelux Region!

Job Description

As a Finance Manager, you are fully responsible for the financial administration of the Belgian entity. Additionally, you support the Sales team with Business Controlling and act as a Finance Business Partner for the Benelux and France regions. You supervise one operationally active accountant.

  • Responsible for the financial administration and compliance.
  • Preparation and management of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity optimization.
  • Coordination of tax obligations (VAT, corporate tax, annual accounts).
  • Preparation and analysis of management reports and KPIs.
  • Supporting the Sales team with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses.
  • Acting as a Finance Business Partner for the Benelux and France.
  • Identifying improvements in financial processes.
  • Supervising and coaching the accountant.
  • Reporting to the Regional Finance Director

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling.
  • Experience in an international environment is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in French and English.
