Job Description

  • Advise on corporate law and corporate governance at the group level.
  • Provide legal support on construction law and public-private partnerships, including contract negotiation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate documents across multiple legal domains (GDPR, insurance, public markets, IT, labour law).
  • Strengthen internal legal networks by identifying synergies and setting up collaborative processes.
  • Shape and implement legal risk management strategies.
  • Engage in cross-functional working groups and legal networks.



The Successful Applicant

  • Belgian Master's degree in Law.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate law from a law firm and/or as in-house counsel.
  • Expertise in construction law and PPPs is a plus.
  • Interest in exploring various legal fields (GDPR, labour law, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and dispute resolution skills.
  • Business-oriented, pragmatic, and autonomous with a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch but good knowledge of the other national language.
