Job Description

  • Monitor EU, US, and national laws affecting sustainability in the promotional textile industry.
  • Translate legal requirements into business strategies and lead action plans for compliance and sustainability leadership.
  • Manage CSRD reporting for 2026, including stakeholder engagement, double materiality matrix, and ESRS compliance.
  • Develop and execute action plans with policies, targets, and milestones for sustainability.
  • Advise on certifications, labels, memberships, and partnerships.
  • Help customers meet legal requirements by providing knowledge, answering queries, and addressing special requests.
  • Support sustainability communication aligned with Green Claims Directive, highlighting company leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • >5 years of experience in a similar industry / role
  • Master's Degree in Law
  • Languages: English + French
  • Entrepreneur Mindset - Project Manager
  • Expert in Sustainability Compliance: Strong knowledge of global regulations such as CSRD, Green Claims Directive, and other relevant legislations.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable business strategies and long-term sustainability plans.
  • Strong Communicator: Skilled at sharing knowledge, engaging stakeholders, and creating clear, impactful communication.
  • Customer-Centric: Capable of supporting clients with compliance needs, responding to requests, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Organized and Results-Driven: Proven track record in leading complex projects with clear goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Industry Experience: Background in sustainability, textiles, or a related field, with a focus on compliance and reporting.
  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating across departments and involving diverse stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
